Payment is required at time of consultation. If you wish to rebook or cancel your appointment, this may be done up to 24 hours prior to the appointment with no charge. A cancellation fee of $80 applies if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. By making this appointment with Shakira, you accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy of Fusion Therapy.
