Payment is required at time of consultation, with online banking or cash. Cancellations or rebooking can be done up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, with no charge. A cancellation fee of $80.00 applies if less than 48-hours notice is given. By making this appointment with Fusion Therapy, you accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy.
